Hello Vegan Community,
I came across this site when i searched for Vegetarian Cheese. !
so after reading many topics about cheese i interested to register.

I am Vegetarian since my birth. It is based on philosophy that drives me to follow veganism.
That no animal should die for my lifestyle, food habit and my work.


I do farming ( coco-nut, cocoa, jackfruit, sugar cane and other vegetables) along with my IT profession. and I am coming from a village in south India.

Hobbies include variety of veggie cooking..
Looking forward to see more helpful topics in this forum..

Hello Bianca,
My farming is 90% organic meaning,
- fertilizers is all natural ( manure, castor seed powder cake, dried leaves etc)
- to kill weed ( specially grass) we use decomposers/enzymes , so the weed turn into fertilizer
- Coconut trees are high rise like 6 story building. so harvesting them is challenge. new hybrid coconut trees are small/dwarf trees.
- Cocoa fruit is eaten by Squirrels. So challenge to get them ripen and harvest
- native banana ( small and tasty, called Kadali banana), long and big bananas such as Nendra for making salty chips etc.
- Earlier days ( 20 year ago), cows used to graze in open field..(I am a cow boy ) . and they were healthier. the milk taste which i wont get it now..as we stopped milking ( due to lack of labors )

Nein. Ich mache keinen Käse, aber wir machen sein Äquivalent zu Hause namens Paneer. (setzen Sie einfach Zitronensaft in gekochte Milch und es wird beginnen Gerinnung und am nächsten Tag ist es Paneer)

Obwohl ich aus einem Dorf komme, lebe ich in Berlin und arbeite in der IT. Daher bin ich daran interessiert, die vegane Gemeinschaft hier in Deutschland kennenzulernen.

hast Du diese Erfahrungen als Farmer also früher in Indien gemacht ? Aber ich denke Bauern hier machen ähnliche Erfahrungen !

It is farmers experience or rather say their pain in modern world! where technology can't solve the problem of life partner.

I did visited few farms in Germany and stayed there few days..so same problems i hear.
